Stay Policies

This Policy Notice forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing the Guest's stay and is binding upon check-in.

1. Restaurant and Dining Services

1.1 The Hotel's restaurant operates during the summer season only and is closed two (2) days per week, even during the summer season.

1.2 When the restaurant is open, breakfast, coffee, dinner, and bar services are not included in the room rate and are charged separately.

2. Rates

2.1 The Hotel's rates are Non-Refundable. By booking, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refund shall be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

3. Check-In and Check-Out 3.1 Standard check-in: 15:00–19:30. 3.2 Standard check-out: 11:00.

4. Alcohol

4.1 The sale and service of alcoholic beverages on the premises are governed by the Liquor Control Act of New Brunswick.

4.2 Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from, and consumed only within, the Hotel's licensed restaurant, bar, lounge, and deck areas.

4.3 Guests may not bring outside alcoholic beverages into these areas, and consumption of alcohol in any unlicensed area of the Hotel is strictly prohibited.

5. Smoking and Vaping

5.1 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all interior and designated public areas of the Hotel. 5.2 Pursuant to Government of New Brunswick regulations, smoking is prohibited within nine (9) meters of any entrance, window, or air intake of the Hotel.

6. Pets

6.1 Pets are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas, in order to protect guests with allergies and to maintain sanitary standards.

7. Reservation Cancellation by the Hotel

7.1 The Hotel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any reservation without liability. Grounds for cancellation include, but are not limited to: (a) failure to provide valid identification; (b) credit card authorization issues; or (c) violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
