Policy Notice
Please be advised that breakfast, coffee, dinner, and bar services are not included in the room rate. Additionally, guests are not permitted to bring outside alcoholic beverages into the bar, lounge, restaurant, or deck areas. In accordance with licensing regulations, only alcohol provided by the establishment may be consumed in these spaces.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rates
1.1 The Hotel’s lowest rates are designated as Non-Refundable Rates. By booking such rates, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refund shall be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Standard check-in time is between 15:00 and 19:30.
2.2 Standard check-out time is 11:00.
2.3 Requests for late check-in or late check-out must be submitted in advance and are subject to the Hotel’s approval, availability, and applicable fees.

3. Alcohol
3.1 The sale and service of alcoholic beverages on the premises are governed by the Liquor Control Act of New Brunswick.
3.2 Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased from, served by, and consumed within the Hotel’s licensed restaurant and bar.
3.3 The consumption of alcohol in unlicensed public areas of the Hotel is strictly prohibited.

4. Smoking and Vaping
4.1 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all interior and designated public areas of the Hotel.
4.2 Pursuant to the regulations of the Government of New Brunswick, smoking shall not occur within nine (9) meters of entrances, windows, or air intakes of the Hotel.

5. Pets
5.1 Pets are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas of the Hotel. This policy is enforced to protect guests with allergies and to maintain sanitary standards.

6. Reservation Cancellation by the Hotel
6.1 The Hotel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any reservation without liability.
6.2 In the event of such cancellation, the credit card used to secure the booking shall be fully refunded.
6.3 Grounds for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to provide valid identification;

• Credit card authorization issues;

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
